COMPONENTS

LAYOUT DETAILS

PERSPECTIVE VIEW

this perspective is to show the new elements along the pedestrian network in our study area for example the lighting, garbage, pavement, trees as buffer to transportation lane and as shading effect to the pedestrian walkway and so on.

THE FINAL SUBMISSION

THE PERSPECTIVE VIEWS

the overall perspective of Walkable Local Community Town of Tikam Batu.. this perspective is just to emphasize the transportation network which is the road for vehicle and also the pedestrian walkway that become the identity of this concept..

the perspective view of the pedestrian walkway, zebra crossing and green landscape around the side and give shading effect to the surrounding... so it will allows people to walk rather than taking cars that  is forbidden to park along the roadside anymore....

this is the new proposed development in the site which is include the new commercial building on the left side of the picture that is designed to have a local, traditional and classic building concept, and the proper market site that covers with green landscape in the surrounding that provide the shading effect and cooling the micro climate of the area...

this perspective is based on the original site picture... the shop is maintained but the road is converted into pedestrian walkway that surrounded by the green landscape so that the local people can walk to their destinations without being limited by the hot climate..
